What this is
A live map and feed of open-source conflict events, read from a single public Telegram
channel that posts structured, pre-geolocated updates across multiple theaters. It is a mirror
of that channel, not an independent assessment: accuracy equals the channel's accuracy.
How it works
The server reads the channel's public web feed (t.me/s/, no login, no API key)
every few minutes, parses each post's fields (type, severity, confidence, theater, location,
coordinates) and plots the ones that carry coordinates. Events accumulate over time, newest
first; the channel's own timestamp is shown on each card.
Reading it honestly
- Posts flagged UNCONFIRMED are shown as-is; treat confidence and severity as the
channel's own labels, not verified fact.
